1 Eligibility and Account Registration

bosjudi services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration.
• Not included in any self-exclusion list or gambling ban by any regulatory body.
• Registers voluntarily with true, accurate and complete personal information.
• Does not represent a company or business entity when registering for gambling purposes.

Each player is only allowed to have one account. Multiple accounts, fake accounts or accounts registered using another person's information will be terminated immediately and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2 Account Security and Password

Players are fully responsible for the security of their account login credentials. This responsibility includes the following:

• Keeping the bosjudi account username and password confidential.
• Not sharing login information with any third party.
• Notifying the bosjudi support team immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly.

bosjudi will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bosjudi accepts financial transactions through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — real-time transfer
• DuitNow — direct transfer to phone number or MyKad
• Online banking (FPX) — supports all major Malaysian banks
• Crypto assets — USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must use a payment method registered in the player's name only. Any attempt to use a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another party will result in the transaction being rejected and the account may be blocked for investigation.

bosjudi does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may impose their own charges beyond bosjudi's control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by bosjudi are subject to the specific terms of that promotion and the following general terms:

• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time period.
• Each player is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• bosjudi reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus — 120% up to RM500: A first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM500 is offered to new members. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including wagering through multiple accounts or betting strategies aimed at meeting wagering requirements with minimum risk, will result in the bonus being cancelled and this violation may lead to account termination.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the bosjudi platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and table games — are operated using licensed software from recognised game developers. Players agree to:

• Comply with the specific rules of each game as stated in the game interface.
• Not use any automation software, bots or external tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Accept that game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• Report any faults or technical issues to customer support immediately and not exploit those errors.

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, bosjudi will use internal system records to determine a fair outcome. This decision is final.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bosjudi platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud, forgery or identity impersonation.
• Collusion or cooperation between players to exploit games.
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal actual location.
• System intrusion, hacking attempts or any harmful activity against the platform infrastructure.
• Spreading false information or defaming bosjudi to other parties.

7 Responsible Gambling

bosjudi places player wellbeing as a priority. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above. Players are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits and loss limits.

8 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

bosjudi operates under an international licence. The platform is regulated in accordance with the laws of that licensing jurisdiction. Users in Malaysia are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the player and bosjudi will be referred to a competent arbitration body under bosjudi's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

9 Liability Limit

bosjudi, its directors, employees and service partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical disruptions or events beyond our control.
• Losses suffered as a result of a player's failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses even if bosjudi has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

In any case, bosjudi's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

bosjudi reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

bosjudi will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email. However, continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
